Are you ready to redefine the way you experience relationships in every facet of your life? Whether it's with family, loved ones, colleagues, or children, this group is designed for those who are eager to explore new avenues for personal growth and are motivated to making a change in their lives.
In seven sessions you will become confident in exploring:
• Enhancing ease by removing drama
• Experiential practices for building trust
• Creating supportive frameworks for navigating challenge
This group runs bi-weekly, January 9th - April 2nd. We encourage you to lean into your vulnerability so that you have a richer experience.
