About the Event

Learn tools to achieve a deeper focus around what you want to express, and how to better communicate that to your listeners.

Practitioner and professional storyteller, Missy Christensen, using examples from the group,  will illustrate how to hone the impact of your storytelling; enhancing the connectivity for audience and presenter alike. No experience is necessary. Pre-registration is encouraged and preferred. (Though drop-ins will not be turned away) Everyone is welcome.

Our Quadra Island version of this workshop was a great success. Don't  miss out!

This free workshop is a joint initiative offered by our Vancouver Island Regional Libraries and The Centre for Inspired Living. It is taking place at the Campbell River Library. It is offered as an act of service, but donations are always gratefully accepted through the Centre, in order to continue with the good work we do. You can register to this event at this website, or call the Campbell River Library to register, at 250-287-3655.

*Please note that the focus of this workshop is on introducing storytelling technique, so there will not be time for everyone’s individual stories to be heard. If you are interested in attending a performance based storytelling circle in the future, we encourage you to let us know.
